Introduction:
The Institute of Petroleum Studies (IPS) is established to offer international Collaborative programmes for sustainable development in the petroleum industry. In addition to our famous International Collaboration Graduate programme (M.Sc Programme in Petroleum Engineering & Project Management) between IFP School, France and the University of Port Harcourt, IPS has also established a Centre for Occupational Health, Safety & Environment to offer a Professional M.Sc Programme, as well as an on-line el-petroleum programme in Petroleum Technology in collaboration with Vett & Viten Group, Norway.

At IPS, we have a multidisciplinary pool of consultants and experts in Nigeria and abroad, who have many years of experience in oilfield operations, research and consultancy. With such a high caliber expertise, we can deliver professional and high-quality service to industry through applied research and continuing education programmes.
